BAGHDAD, July 31 (AKnews) - The legal committee formed by the Erbil alliance and commissioned to prepare the files to question PM Nouri al-Maliki stated Tuesday that the interrogation will not be delayed.

Committee member Farhad al-Atrushi said: "The files are ready and can be submitted at any time to the Council of Representatives.

"The legal committee charged with preparing the interrogation files is not affected by the current political discussions, but its work is limited to the formal, technical and constitutional aspects of the interrogation."

The alliance to withdraw confidence from Maliki formed a legal committee that includes two representatives from each party and began its work in Erbil to discuss the legal frameworks for questioning.
