Cabinet decides to convene an emergency session tomorrow to approve the allocations of the Electoral Commission

BAGHDAD / Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network - A government spokesman Ali Dabbagh said the Cabinet decided to hold a special meeting Wednesday to discuss the financial allocations for the Electoral Commission and the approval and ten-billion Iraqi dinars.

The Cabinet has approved for the financial allocations requested by the election commission allocated to the provincial elections and districts, counties last week to today's meeting.


The President of the Board of Commissioners Faraj al-Haidari, had announced last week that the elections may be delayed for a month or more because of the incomplete law by the House of Representatives as well as failure to ratify the Council of Ministers on the budget necessary to conduct the election.
