BAGHDAD / Nina / Sherif Sulaiman MP from the Kurdish coalition said the approval of the political blocs on the paper of reform which was provided by the National Alliance depends on the guarantees and assurances to its implementation.

Sulaiman said in a statement to / Nina /: "All political blocs agreed to conduct reforms, but there is clear desperation of some parties of the ability to implement these reforms."

He added: "The blocs demand the withdrawal of confidence from the Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki were demanding reforms in order to bring radical changes in the political process."

The National Alliance has formed a committee called Reform Committee from its political forces led by Ibrahim al-Jaafari to take steps to reform, and resolve the outstanding issues in agreement with other political blocs. The Committee held three meetings, most recently on Tuesday night, to prepare a paper for reforms that will be submitted to the political blocs.

Wahda Al-Jumaili MP from Iraqiya List announced on Tuesday that there are contacts and political moves behind the scenes between Arbil – Najaf blocs and State of Law coalition led by Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki.
