The Aftermath of Trumpets Anciently, and a Yet Future Time..

    Good Day Everyone:

Kicking off the Fall festivals of God are always exciting, and reflective as we understand what has occurred, is currently transpiring, and what will be fulfilled in accordance to God's timing of events... One of the encouraging benefits of maintaining God's weekly, and annual holy days is the reminder they provide of God's plan of redemption within them... Helping us to keep this temporary life we now have in perspective as we prepare for eternity spent with our Creator, and Savior... As His timing of events continue to prophetically roll out according to God's sovereign will...

During our present day within this plan is the benefit of having all of the pieces of this prophetic puzzle at our disposal that our brethren in the 1st century, and even up until our technologically advanced present time did not have access to... But we also have a bevy of false prophets who are not utilizing scripture to prove what is true as God has already determined to have occurred, is occurring, and will occur as recorded by His prophets of old... These advancements in technology have allowed for instant access to information concerning history as well as various translations of God's holy Word to receive an even clearer picture as the Spirit of our Creator leads us to understand...

As long as the Word of God is being used as one's guide, and one is willing to learn from the Teacher to discern the Truth on the spiritual level HE alone provides, and defines can be found...

How much more true knowledge we receive depends on our faithful application of God's Word... We as individual believers must apply in our lives for growth's sake God's Word according to His purposes... All the while led by our Beloved Teacher, and Savior to guide us in this endeavor within our growth in HIM... Do we desire the Truth, or just a version to suit what we want to believe rather than what is necessary to believe in accordance to our Father's version of what has been predetermined before the foundations of the world were created?...

Truth of course will always only help one's growth within this salvation process... Lies, or misunderstanding God's Word only muddy's the goal of ensuring that we are fully equipped to give an answer... Our Savior defines Himself to be the very Word of God as the Way, Truth, and Life... Again, WHO better to learn from?...

God of course has not been making this up as historical events are fulfilled... But knowing the end from the beginning from long ago, (Isaiah 46) our Omniscient Creator guides history along to ensure all is fulfilled within the parameters HE has set... It is up to us to seek what our Great Creator has already determined as Truth as prophetic history unfolds... His purposes are being fulfilled no matter how we human beings have reacted to it on a personal level... Isaiah chapter 46 reminds us:

    "9
    “Remember [carefully] the former things [which I did] from ages past;
    For I am God, and there is no one else;
I am God, and there is no one like Me,
    10
Declaring the end and the result from the beginning,
And from ancient times the things which have not [yet] been done,
Saying, ‘My purpose will be established,
And I will do all that pleases Me and fulfills My purpose,’ (Amplified Version)

What is being orchestrated by our Creator through these holy days of God that are explained in Leviticus chapter 23, not consistently kept by the Israelites as God had instructed them to be as an example to the other nations as how true worship was to be exercised... Maintaining them also pleases our Father in heaven as the Word His Son Jesus Christ represents certainly helps in the process of being magnified within one who does on a Spiritual level...

The account of Joshua's victory over the city of Jericho's inhabitants, and the formidable, and seemingly impenetrable walled city could have occurred during the time that trumpets was to be observed... What is certainly understood is that what is recorded in Joshua chapter 6 about this historical occurrence certainly was a less greater event that would at some point be fulfilled on a far greater scale at a future time that would have worldwide implications during these latter times we are now involved in as we close out this 6th age...

Rather than just focusing upon one city being Jericho, all cities worldwide that make up this worldwide Babylonian system, would be systematically weakened, and eventually destroyed with each trumpet blown by God's holy angels... Culminating with the return of our Savior to strike the final blow to this Satanic kingdom that the beast will be granted authority over... This will begin to occur once the angel, and king of the bottomless pit is unleashed with his fallen army upon the world upon the blowing of the 5th trumpet of God as recorded in Revelation chapter 9..

"9 Then the fifth angel sounded [his trumpet], and I saw a star (angelic being) that had fallen from heaven to the earth; and the key of the bottomless pit (abyss) was given to him (the star-angel). 2 He opened the bottomless pit, and smoke like the smoke of a great furnace flowed out of the pit; and the sun and the atmosphere were darkened by the smoke from the pit. 3 Then out of the smoke came locusts upon the earth, and power [to hurt] was given to them, like the power which the earth’s scorpions have." (Amplified Version)

Ironically, it will be Satan who will unleash Abaddon the destroyer beast from the bottomless pit once that serpent of old is cast down from heaven after his futile attempt to make war with God's army as Revelation chapter 12 prophetically declares:

"7 And war broke out in heaven, Michael [the archangel] and his angels waging war with the dragon. The dragon and his angels fought, 8 but they were not strong enough and did not prevail, and there was no longer a place found for them in heaven. 9 And the great dragon was thrown down, the age-old serpent who is called the devil and Satan, he who continually deceives and seduces the entire inhabited world; he was thrown down to the earth, and his angels were thrown down with him. 10 Then I heard a loud voice in heaven, saying,

“Now the salvation, and the power, and the kingdom (dominion, reign) of our God, and the authority of His Christ have come; for the accuser of our [believing] brothers and sisters has been thrown down [at last], he who accuses them and keeps bringing charges [of sinful behavior] against them before our God day and night. 11 And they overcame and conquered him because of the blood of the Lamb and because of the word of their testimony, for they did not love their life and renounce their faith even when faced with death. 12 Therefore rejoice, O heavens and you who dwell in them [in the presence of God]. Woe to the earth and the sea, because the devil has come down to you in great wrath, knowing that he has only a short time [remaining]!” (Amplified Version)

This will be a pivotal, and quite frankly sobering time for those who are spiritually drunk, or consumed by sin so as to be caught unawares do to a seemingly peaceful period of time when everyone is secure as Paul was inspired to prophetically declare in 1 Thessalonians chapter 5.. Spiritual Babylon will divert one's spiritual state to one that is delusional, and unaware of the impending doom despite what is transpiring in the physical world.. All can change in a moment as 1 Thessalonians chapter 5 reminds us...

"3 While they are saying, “Peace and safety [all is well and secure!]” then [in a moment unforeseen] destruction will come upon them suddenly like labor pains on a woman with child, and they will absolutely not escape [for there will be no way to escape the judgment of the Lord]. 4 But you, believers, [all you who believe in Christ as Savior and acknowledge Him as God’s Son] are not in spiritual darkness [nor held by its power], that the day [of judgment] would overtake you [by surprise] like a thief; 5 for you are all sons of light and sons of day. We do not belong to the night nor to darkness. 6 So then let us not sleep [in spiritual indifference] as the rest [of the world does], but let us keep wide awake [alert and cautious] and let us be sober [self-controlled, calm, and wise].

Because once the 5th trumpet is blown signaling the above passages declare, the final 3 trumpets are declared in Revelation chapter 8 as being great peril being brought upon the earth with each being blown..
"13 Then I looked, and I heard a solitary eagle flying in midheaven [for all to see], saying with a loud voice, “Woe, woe, woe [great wrath is coming] to those who dwell on the earth, because of the remaining blasts of the trumpets which the three angels are about to sound [announcing ever greater judgments]!” (Amplified Version)

The first 4 trumpets were what will lead to Satan's response to what he has come to conclude in his own heart, and mind as being king of the world... Between the 4, and 5th trumpets, the dragon or serpent of old will lead his army to war in the heavens against God... Leading to him being cast down as stated above, and beginning a time of tribulation for the saints as Revelation chapters 12-14 are quite clear on... This time is also recorded in the gospels concerning our Savior with special emphasis on Matthew chapter 24 as tribulation will occur after the beginning of sorrows period of wars, and rumors of wars, famines, and pestilence have already taken place...

Satan's dominion is based on God's will in allowing him to believe he is the "god of this world" for the time that the devil has been allotted by his Creator before his impending 1,000 year sentence in the bottomless pit... These first four trumpets are natural disasters of dramatic proportions.. Taking away a 3rd of earth's resources, and therefore leading to the nations reacting to this in a warring fashion for self preservation... These results of this yet to be fulfilled blowing of these 4 trumpets are recorded in Revelation chapter 8...

Folks, I wanted to mainly cover the time frame after the 5th, and 6th trumpets are blown as it pertains to God's prophetic Word... Within the time frame of these 2 trumpets will be what Jesus declared as a time of tribulation in Matthew chapter 24... A time when those who are not spiritually deceived, nor being misled by allowing the flesh to dictate how they will react to world events, and whose love is for they're God, and Savior... Who in turn will be hated by all nations for our the Son of God's Name sake... Matthew chapter 24 gives us the abbreviated version of events that take place during this 1290 period of tribulation:

"9 “Then they will hand you over to [endure] tribulation, and will put you to death, and you will be hated by all nations because of My name. 10 At that time many will be offended and repelled [by their association with Me] and will fall away [from the One whom they should trust] and will betray one another [handing over believers to their persecutors] and will hate one another. 11 Many false prophets will appear and mislead many. 12 Because lawlessness is increased, the love of most people will grow cold. 13 But the one who endures and bears up [under suffering] to the end will be saved. 14 This good news of the kingdom [the gospel] will be preached throughout the whole world as a testimony to all the nations, and then the end [of the age] will come. (Amplified Version)

Severe trials, and in this case catastrophic calamities can bring out the worst in people.. Especially when embracing acts of abominable behavior to the point of no semblance of repentance being sought by those turned over to a reprobate mindset... Lawlessness will indeed bring separation from God to those who embrace moral depravity as a way to live life in whatever fashion is being exercised by that individual...

Our Wonderful Creator always has tried to give His creation ample opportunity to repent... But rather than seeking out true repentance, the majority of mankind has proven to either ignore God's pleas through His prophet's, or servants.. Or decides that changing the rules on what to repent of will benefit one's longing to live a certain way of life.. Only fooling oneself into believing a narrative that will still inevitably lead to suffering, and death despite one's utilization of God's Name while seeking His mercy...

Bottom line is sin brings out the worst spiritual state in humanity, and this in turn translates as how one will react during times of great calamity... Those being heavily influenced by the flesh will seek to save their lives no matter the cost, and decisions made to do so.. However, those being lead by the Spirit of God will not be afraid, nor ashamed to lose their lives for their faith in the Way, Truth, and Life the Lord Jesus Christ represents..

So when God allows for tribulation to be unleashed it will be for judgment purposes on mankind for not listening to God because of heart, and minds being darkened due to sin's practice, and acceptance as being right to act in such a manner... This time of tribulation will also be used to wake up the saints as to where history is at once calamity takes place on that scale..

Which is why doing one's homework via the study of God's Word while being led by the Spirit of God to prove all things is without question vital... Staying Spiritual bound to the Savior mankind will ensure that one will always be at peace no matter what suddenly transpires in a most traumatic fashion in the physical world we live in...

With that being said, who will be preaching the gospel during this time of tribulation?... Again the focus of this writing is within the parameters of what transpires within the 5th, and 6th trumpet time frame... This will be a 1290 (see Daniel chapter 12 verse 11) period of time.. "11 “From the time the daily sacrifice is stopped and the sacrilegious object that causes desecration is set up to be worshiped, there will be 1,290 days. (New Living Translation)...

    23
“At the latter period of their reign,
    When the transgressors have finished,
    A king will arise
Insolent and skilled in intrigue and cunning.
    24
    “His power will be mighty, but not by his own power;
And he will corrupt and destroy in an astonishing manner
    And [he will] prosper and do exactly as he wills;
He shall corrupt and destroy mighty men and the holy people. (Amplified Version)

During desperate times, people desire deliverance, and especially by one who will appeal to their natural carnal nature.. In this case, the mystery that deceives through a spiritual state of lawlessness will make the son of perdition quite appealing, and to the point of being fooled into worshiping him as God...

So in this spiritually fallen state that the majority of humanity will be defined by, how many will actually heed the 2 witness's as they declare the gospel during this tribulation period for 1260 of the 1290 day span of time that they are commissioned by their Creator to do so?... The one's that do will be far outnumbered by those who refuse to at that point in time... What will transpire though during this 1290 day period will be used for judgment for those whose names are NOT written in the Lambs Book of Life, refinement for the saints, as well as testing for those who have received so great a calling through the Lord Jesus Christ...

Who will fall away do to allowing for lawlessness of any extent to weaken the spiritual mindset as well as the resolve against what will be the tyrannical reign of the beast?... Who will endure because of being remaining steadfast in full reliance upon the Spirit of God as one's strength, and guide during what will truly be the darkest, and most deceptive time mankind will ever face?...

The beast, AKA man of sin, or the little horn as several of the titles given this final antiChrist before the true Messiah returns, will defeat 3 kings, and the kingdoms they rule over as God's Word declares... Again receiving help in order to set up his rule as "king of the world" once Satan grants his authority over this 7th, and final empire, scripture seems to indicate that 2 of the 3 kings he is allowed to defeat will have amassed an army of 200 million... Daniel chapter 7 prophesies as follows:

"23 “Thus the angel said, ‘The fourth beast shall be a fourth kingdom on earth, which will be different from all other kingdoms and will devour the whole earth and tread it down, and crush it. 24 As for the ten horns, out of this kingdom ten kings will arise; and another will arise after them, and he will be different from the former ones, and he will subdue three kings. 25 He will speak words against the Most High [God] and wear down the saints of the Most High, and he will intend to change the times and the law; and they will be given into his hand for a time, [two] times, and half a time [three and one-half years]. (Amplified Version)

So the 10 horns will be 10 provinces, or mini kingdoms that will make up this 7th, and final world encompassing empire that Satan is being allowed by God Almighty at this point in time to form... This formulation began about 110 years ago with the beginning of World War 1... It is during this time that humanity has gone through the period of time that Jesus referred to as the beginning of sorrows in His Mount of Olives teaching in Matthew chapter 24..

Wars, and rumor of wars, famines, pestilence would transpire during this period of time.. Those who are wise to this time understand that just as it was during the time of Noah, God will allow for 120 years before humanity will have to endure tribulation followed by great tribulation... Genesis chapter 6 reminds us that our Merciful Creator will only endure for so long until judgment comes to pass:

" 3 Then the Lord said, “My Spirit shall not strive and remain with man forever, because he is indeed flesh [sinful, corrupt—given over to sensual appetites]; nevertheless his days shall yet be a hundred and twenty years.” (Amplified Version)

God gave mankind 120 years to repent during the time of Noah, and warned the world's inhabitants of impending judgment if repentance as HE defines it to be did not take place... We know what ultimately took place.. As God destroyed all who were not on the ark that preserved 8 persons to replenish the earth with humanity after the flood took place...

So after this 120 year period at some point declared by Jesus as the "beginning of sorrows" the 1290 day period scripture declares as tribulation will begin... The beast will take this 1290 day period declared in Daniel chapter 12 to convince the world he is God, and to worthy to be worshiped as such... He will defeat 3 kings during this period of time.. Including the 200 million man army which will amass from the North, and East, and threaten the man of sin's ambitions...

This army of 200 million will be allowed by our Creator to destroy one third of mankind at that point in time before their defeat by the hand of the beast in fulfillment of God's Word... Why else will the world's inhabitants declare as Revelation chapter 13 records, "who is like the beast, and who is able to make war with with him?"... Once this 6th trumpet of God's angel is blown during the 1290 day of tribulation, this enormous army of 200 million will begin this campaign to exert the will of it's 2 kings with the destruction of one third of mankind... Revelation chapter 9 declares this as follows:

"13 Then the sixth angel sounded [his trumpet], and I heard a solitary voice from the four horns of the golden altar which stands before God, 14 saying to the sixth angel who had the trumpet, “Release the four angels who are bound at the great river Euphrates.” 15 So the four angels, who had been prepared for the [appointed] hour and day and month and year, were released to kill a third of mankind. 16 The number of the troops of cavalry was twice ten thousand times ten thousand (two hundred million); I heard the number of them." (Amplified Version)

Why does God allow for such destruction, and death to occur?.. The remainder of Revelation chapter 9 explains:

20 The rest of mankind, who were not killed by these plagues, did not repent even then of the works of their hands, so as to cease worshiping and paying homage to the demons and the idols of gold and of silver and of bronze and of stone and of wood, which can neither see nor hear nor walk; 21 and they did not repent of their murders nor of their sorceries (drugs, intoxications) nor of their [sexual] immorality nor of their thefts. (Amplified Version)

Daniel chapter 11 explains that this army from the North, and East that is comprised of 200 million men will be utterly defeated by the King of the North, or the beastly man of sin... Remember that he will be receiving help from spiritual entities that are ensuring victory occurs in order that he is looked upon as a "savior" for the sake of humanity... One can imagine how the press is going to spin it as such.. Daniel chapter 11 declares the man of sin's victories over these 3 kings as follows:

"40 “Then at the time of the end, the king of the south will attack the king of the north. The king of the north will storm out with chariots, charioteers, and a vast navy. He will invade various lands and sweep through them like a flood."

Continuing in chapter 11 of Daniel we are taught that the man of sin will attack the remaining 2 kings who threaten his ambitious plan to rule over the world with the help of Satan the dragon, Abaddon the beast, and the false prophet along with other spiritual entities of darkness that they will have to carry forth this predetermined prophetic Word of God... The world will indeed be amazed when this 200 million man army from the east, and north are utterly destroyed:

"44 “But then news from the east and the north will alarm him, and he will set out in great anger to destroy and obliterate many." (New Living Translation)

But there is one more war that the beast, or man of sin will have to add to his resume in order to truly convince the world that he is worthy of worship as God from their perspective... The delusion that any aspect of the creation should be worshiped as the One responsible for all that exists of course seems preposterous.. But humanity is certainly being conditioned, and has been for quite some time, to rely upon humanity for help rather than submission to the will of their Creator... Especially during times of despair, and in this case great peril... What people choose to believe will of course depend upon their spiritual state of being at that point in time... Boiling down to the saving of one's temporary existence at any cost... Even if the creation is to be looked upon, and worshiped as God...

During this time of war, and disaster Jesus referenced as tribulation beginning after the 5th trumpet is blown, the setup of the beast being worshiped will commence once Abaddon is released from his spiritual imprisonment in the bottomless pit... This 5th trumpet being blown will also signal that Satan's fury will also come to pass upon the saints of God once cast down from the heavenly realm once, and far all... The establishing through deceptive signs, and wonders of the abomination that will indeed cause desolation through this physical purging of God's children...

God's 2 witness's will be declaring the gospel during this time of tribulation as decreed by God for them to do so... All the while being given the power, and authority by their Creator to exercise natural disaster's, as well as death to those who try to hinder, or kill them in order to cause them to cease from their mission of declaring repentance through the Son of God for their pre-appointed 1260 day period... They will be supernaturally protected by God for this three, and one half year period of time...

But after their commission is fulfilled the beast, or man of sin will be allowed to make war against these 2 messengers of God's Word that will have been considered a menace by those who desire, and are defined by the mystery of lawlessness... God will allow for these 2 individuals to die for several reasons... To bolster the reputation of the man of sin, and leave no doubt in the eyes of those whose minds are darkened, weakened, and deceived by sins deceptive influence that he is worthy to be worshiped as God...

No one up until that point in time will be able to put these 2 representatives from God to death... This will also put to the test the saints of God as Jesus declared that "if it were possible, even the elect could be deceived."... But those who are fully being led by the Spirit of God, and granted the good courage to understand the grand delusion that is being orchestrated as God's Word prophetically declared would occur, will not be fooled... Nor shall they be afraid of death in the flesh if necessary by the good courage that the Spirit of God helps to strengthen them from within to exercise for the glory of God Almighty..

We read of this account that is certainly going to come to fruition in Revelation chapter 11:

"2 But leave out the court [of the Gentiles] which is outside the temple and do not measure it, because it has been given to the Gentiles (the nations); and they will trample the holy city for forty-two months (three and one-half years). 3 And I will grant authority to My two witnesses, and they will prophesy for twelve hundred and sixty days (forty-two months; three and one-half years), dressed in sackcloth.” 4 These [witnesses] are the two olive trees and the two lampstands which stand before the Lord of the earth.

5 And if anyone wants to harm them, fire comes out of their mouth and devours their enemies; so if anyone wants to harm them, he must be killed in this way. 6 These [two witnesses] have the power [from God] to shut up the sky, so that no rain will fall during the days of their prophesying [regarding judgment and salvation]; and they have power over the waters (seas, rivers) to turn them into blood, and to strike the earth with every [kind of] plague, as often as they wish. (Amplified Version)

Again, their witnessing of God's Truth will occur during the time of tribulation... When the abomination that causes both spiritual, and physical desolation is being set up by Satan, and his cohorts comes to pass during the time proceeding tribulation referred to as great tribulation... The blowing of the 7th, and last trumpet of God will usher in this end... A time of refinement for the saints who are not quite "known" by God, and had been judged lukewarm up until that point by our Beloved Savior... (See Revelation chapter 3 concerning the Laodicean assembly as well as the parable of the 10 virgins contained in Matthew chapter 25)

These virgins of God will be cast into a situation where the forces that represent spiritual darkness will have seemingly won under the headship of Satan, Abaddon the beast, and the false prophet... Through this very arduous, and spiritually refining time, the Spirit of God will help to ensure that these once foolish virgins are tried by fire, and fully prepared to rule, and reign with Christ Jesus for a thousand years as Revelation chapter 20 reminds us:

"4 And then I saw thrones, and sitting on them were those to whom judgment [that is, the authority to act as judges] was given. And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of their testimony of Jesus and because of the word of God, and those who had refused to worship the beast or his image, and had not accepted his mark on their forehead and on their hand; and they came to life and reigned with Christ for a thousand years." (Amplified Version)

But the Truth, as scripture is quite clear on, is it will truly be the end of Satan's rule, and towards the end of what was revealed to Daniel, and recorded in chapter 12 as being a 1335 day period, or 3 year, 6 months, and 75 day period, the kingdom that the devil gives authority over to the beast will be dismantled, and utterly destroyed... But this will not begin until after the man of sin, while possessed by Abaddon the angel, and king of the bottomless pit, rules for 1260 of this 1335 day period... Remember that a thousand years is but a day to God.. So while 1335 days will seem like a long period of time for most of us, it is but a drop within the bucket of time for our Eternal Creator...

This reign of terror will make the precursor event called the French Revolution, which occurred in the late 18th century, seem like a walk in the park... Simply because of the worldwide scope it will encompass, as well as the ramifications of this time God's Word refers to as "great tribulation.".. This reign of terror through tyranny by the beast indeed be the worst period of time in human history...

As the man of sin, while possessed by Abaddon the beast, will command worship, and the application of a symbol, or mark upon one's forehead, or right hand to show allegiance to him (see Revelation chapter 13)... Our Creator, in His mercy, will allow for repentance to take place during the period referred to as tribulation preceding great tribulation, and again utilize the 2 witness's of His to preach the gospel of His Son, and our Redeemer Jesus Christ...

After the commission of the 2 witness's is fulfilled, chapter 11 of Revelation continues:

"7 When they have finished their testimony and given their evidence, the beast that comes up out of the abyss (bottomless pit) will wage war with them, and overcome them and kill them. 8 And their dead bodies will lie exposed in the open street of the great city (Jerusalem), which in a spiritual sense is called [by the symbolic and allegorical names of] Sodom and Egypt, where also their Lord was crucified. 9 Those from the peoples and tribes and languages and nations look at their dead bodies for three and a half days, and will not allow their dead bodies to be laid in a tomb. 10 And those [non-believers] who live on the earth will gloat over them and rejoice; and they will send gifts [in celebration] to one another, because these two prophets tormented and troubled those who live on the earth." (Amplified Version)

The 2 witness will arise to life again after their death by God's decree, and be summoned back to heaven just before the 7th trumpet is blown.. This is key as we know through God's Word that the process of resurrection will not transpire until after this 7th trumpet is blown by God's angel... So who are these 2 witness's?.. Could they be the same 2 angel's that appeared as men that were with Christ Jesus when presenting good news to Abraham concerning Sarah becoming pregnant, and bearing a child whose name would be Isaac?...These 2 angels who were instructed to go into the Sodom, and Gomorrah, and give a report about these cities moral state?... See Genesis chapters 18, and 19 for this recorded account...

What transpired in Sodom, Gomorrah, and the surrounding cities were a precursor of the debased spiritual state of being humanity is swiftly headed towards being defined by as a whole during these latter days.. Only on a worldwide scale as the love of many will become cold towards their fellow man as sin becomes more, and more normalized, and prevalent in an abominable fashion..

God will ultimately judge, and destroy both physical, and spiritual Babylon in order to establish His righteous kingdom on earth... This rebellious system of governance that has held captivated through deception, and has been used by the adversary Satan to tempt a mostly complicit mankind.. Revelation chapter 11 continues concerning these 2 servants of God, and the outcome of their commission for their Creator:

"11 But after three and a half days, the breath of life from God came into them, and they stood on their feet; and great fear and panic fell on those who were watching them. 12 And the two witnesses heard a loud voice from heaven saying to them, “Come up here.” Then they ascended into heaven in the cloud, and their enemies watched them. 13 And in that [very] hour there was a great earthquake, and a tenth of the city fell and was destroyed; seven thousand people were killed in the earthquake, and the rest [who survived] were overcome with terror, and [f]they glorified the God of heaven [as they recognized His awesome power].
14 The second woe is past; behold, the third woe is coming quickly. (Amplified Version)

The 2nd woe is the 6th trumpet that was blown signaling the event that will have transpired once this particular aspect of God's Word is fulfilled as 1/3 of mankind will have been destroyed by the 200 million man army as Revelation chapter 9 declarers.. The 2 witness's will have continued their testimony on behalf of their Creator all the while during this time of tribulation.. Ending in the beast being allowed by God to put to death His two servants temporarily as this period of 1290 days come to a conclusion... The time Jesus referred to as tribulation in Matthew chapter 24 verses 9 through 14....

Leading to the 3rd woe being heralded in by the blowing of the 7th, and last trumpet of God's angel... The epic conclusion of 6 ages that will have been filled with suffering, and death experienced because of sin pervading the mindset of humanity as well as the angelic realm who willfully rebelled against their Creator under the headship of Satan the devil... This conclusion called the great tribulation will last for 1335 days as Daniel chapter 12 reminds us:

"12 And blessed are those who wait and remain until the end of the 1335 days!"

We must prepare ourselves in Christ Jesus for the worst that is yet to come... God our Father will ensure we have ample opportunity to prepare for these perilous time frames of 1290 days (tribulation period), and followed by the 1335 days (great tribulation period)... Enduring to whatever end God's has determined for each of us to endure of course depends on HIM... Understanding our strength is not sufficient at all alone, and that our reliance upon the Spirit of our God, and Savior is paramount for success in growing in grace, and knowledge in this process of working out so great a gift of salvation...

We know eternity awaits those whose primary focus has been on the calling received from the Father of all creation.. While fulfilling our own personal journey of this process of redemption through Christ Jesus... The best is indeed yet to come.. But not until our Savior's return, and the establishment of God's kingdom on earth in righteousness, and justice.. May that which defines Who God is be our strength as we endure this fallen world...

Remembering that faith, hope, and love must fill our inmost being.. The greatest of all three of these God given characteristics being love as scripture declares... God is love... There is no other source by which this expressive characteristic of WHO our Creator is can be derived but through God Himself... Blessings, and peace be upon us all through the Father of all creation through the One Who is the Word of God, and was used to bring all into existence for HIS purposes... Hope your sabbath, and feast of trumpets are blessed..
