German airline stops flights to Iraq

revealed a source familiar with, on Tuesday, the suspension of the German airline "Germania" flights to Iraq because of exposure to "bankruptcy."

The source said in an interview with Alsumaria News, "The German airline Germania has finally stopped flights to the provinces of Sulaymaniyah and Erbil because of their economic conditions."

On Tuesday, the company announced its "bankruptcy" and the start of an immediate halt to its activities and operations, after the failure of efforts to provide liquidity to meet the expenses incurred, according to the Anatolia News Agency.
