Saghir said he should al-Maliki and Kurdistan Region President Masoud Barzani, the leader of the Sadrist movement and Muqtada al-Sadr, head of the coalition in Iraq, Iyad Allawi, and the Speaker Osama Najafi direct dialogue to end the crisis.
