Ambassador of the European Union from Basra: Iraq suffers from a problem in the management of its economic resources

The Ambassador of the European Union in Iraq, Ramon Blakwa, during his visit to Basra province, Wednesday, that Iraq does not have a problem in the availability of resources, but faced a real problem in the management of resources, while the local government announced the discussion of a number of projects with the Ambassador.

Ambassador Blakwa said in an interview with a number of journalists, including a reporter for Alsumaria News, after a meeting with the First Deputy Governor of Basra, Mohammed al-Tamimi that "the purpose of the visit of the European Union delegation to Basra is to emphasize the support announced by the Union of Iraq," noting that " Supreme European Foreign Policy Federica Mujerini when it announced the provision of 400 million euros to support economic, service and social sectors in Iraq.
