The head of the Association of Iraqi Private Banks, Wadih al-Hanalal, called Monday for the need to hold a meeting with the Central Bank to raise the problems facing the banking sector, including tax accounting.

He stressed the need to "hold a meeting with the Central Bank and the General Authority for Taxation and the Ministry of Finance and the Financial Control Bureau for the purpose of discussing the problems of the banking sector in general, in addition to the demands of the General Authority for taxes on the tax calculation of those dealing with the window selling the currency for the purpose of coordination and cooperation in advance in the implementation of what is stated in the book The Ministry of Finance in this regard. "

He added that "the Association of Private Banks is always keen to raise the problems of the banking sector through its continuous meeting with the relevant parties," noting that "the central bank always emphasizes the need to develop banking services to achieve financial inclusion."
