Maliki to MacGurke: People are looking to form a strong government capable of achieving their ambitions

Vice President of the Republic Nuri al-Maliki , on Thursday, the post-election phase will be building and reconstruction and upgrading services, adding that the people are looking to form a strong government capable of achieving its ambitions.
