Iraqi PM Haidar al-Abadi will meet Thursday with the Kurdish blocs at the Iraqi parliament, reports said.

This meeting scheduled at 1 p.m. comes after the Kurdish blocs boycotted Wednesday’s parliamentary session.

The meeting will discuss the budget bill, which will decide the Kurdistan Region's share for 2018.

Kurdish MPs say the boycott of Wednesday's session forced Abadi to hold today's meeting.

During Wednesday's session, Abadi urged all factions of the country to remain united.

Head of PUK’s bloc, Arez Abdullah, said the they will not participate in any parliamentary session without their demands being met.
