Economy close .. Government of Kurdistan to ratify the law to reform the salaries of employees and retirees
The Council of Ministers of the Kurdistan Region on Saturday approved a draft law on the reform of salaries, pensions and allowances.
The Secretary of the Council of Ministers of Kurdistan Region Amang Rahim said in a statement today that the draft law consists of 20 articles for reform in the areas of salaries of employees and retirees, noting that the draft law was approved by the Kurdistan Regional Government and according to the resolution issued by the Council of Ministers No. 129.
He explained that the draft law will be passed to the Parliament of Kurdistan for the purpose of voting on it, pointing out that the law after the vote is due to enter into force during the first 90 days of the new fiscal year 2018.
