The oil minister, Jabbar al-Allaibi, that the gap narrowed between the Kuwaiti and Iraqi sides on the price of gas exports to Kuwait, revealing an Iraqi delegation to visit the country next week to finalize a gas export agreement.

He pointed out that the negotiations with Kuwait revolve around the export of 50 million cubic feet per day of gas increases to 150 million and 200 million.

He pointed out that the OAPEC meeting in Kuwait did not discuss the use of oil paper to put pressure on the issue of Jerusalem.

At the same time, he said that the current production of Iraq between 4.350 million b / d and 4.360 million b / d, expressed his expectations for journalists to keep oil at the level of $ 60 a barrel in 2018.

"Our agreement with Iran is to exchange between 30 and 60,000 bpd of crude oil for one year and then look at the possibility of renewing it," the minister said.

This is the intention of his country to finish the pipeline between Ceyhan and Kirkuk in one year.
