Rafidain Bank calls on citizens to submit complaints to those who refuse to grant loans

The director of the Rafidain Bank, Khawla al-Asadi, called on citizens to file complaints against the bank's employees who are delaying granting loans and advances.

Al-Asadi said in an interview with "Economy News" that "the Rafidain Bank decided to grant a number of loans and advances to all Iraqis," indicating that it appointed an inspector for every five branches of the bank.

She added that any employee of Rafidain Bank is trying to disable the treatment of any citizen to blackmail and urged citizens to file a complaint through the numbers assigned to complaints to take punitive measures.
