Electricity consumption is subsidized by the government and is not interfered with by companies. Consumption lists are issued by the Ministry of Electricity. There is a monthly and annual assessment of the work of these companies by a technical committee by the Ministry of Electricity, in addition to the Office of Financial Supervision, the Office of the Inspector General, civil society organizations and regional dignitaries. The Ministry of Electricity can dissolve the contract after one year Of the implementation in the event of a negative service to the citizens.
