Legal: Kurdistan has become obliged to implement decisions of the Federal Court and the government

Baghdad / .. The legal expert Ali al-Tamimi, on Monday, that the Kurdistan region has become fully obliged to implement the orders of the central government after the decision of the Federal Court unconstitutional referendum, indicating that the Iraqi government can now work any decision taken.

"The decisions of the Federal Court in accordance with the Iraqi constitution oblige all authorities to abide by them, and applies to the Kurdistan region and all institutions," Tamimi said, adding that "the decision of the Federal Court was issued in the presence of the prosecutor representing the government."

The expert added that "Kurdistan is obliged to implement the decisions of the Federal Court and can work all the mechanisms of implementation," pointing out that "the Kurdistan government suspended the decision so far not rejected."

The Federal Court announced on Monday that it issued a ruling unconstitutionality of the referendum on the Kurdistan region, which was held in the Kurdistan region and areas outside the region on September 25 last.

The Information Office of Prime Minister Haider Abadi, on Monday, welcomed the decision of the Federal Court on the referendum, while called to avoid violating the Constitution.

While the President of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Nizrvan Barzani, on Monday, that the stability of Iraq is achieved by applying the Constitution in full paragraphs and not selectivity, noting that the decision of the Federal Court on the referendum was issued unilaterally. Finished
