The Chairman of the Committee, "The contract was concluded after the decision of the Iraqi Council of Representatives in the month of September, which limited the sovereign powers, including oil contracts and oil exports, the federal government," stressing that "the Federal Oil Ministry is the only official and legal authority authorized by law and decision The last House of Representatives signed oil contracts and the export of oil.
