Peshmerga: Differences between Baghdad, Erbil 'political' not 'military

The Secretary-General of the Ministry of Peshmerga in the Kurdistan Regional Government, Jabbar Yawar on Sunday said that the differences between Iraq and Kurdistan are political ones, not military.
