Petronas oil company invests tourism Marshlands south of Dhi Qar soon

The local administration of the Chabaish district south of the city of Nasiriyah, the center of the province of Dhi Qar, on Friday, close to hold tourist investment agreements in the marshes with the international oil company Petronas of Malaysia, while it showed that it received more than 600 tourists last week.
“The tourist season has started since the beginning of this month, where the judiciary witnessed the influx of tourists, especially public holidays, to enjoy the beautiful marshes,” said Baiyim al-Khayyim.
He pointed out that “a delegation from the Petronas Malaysian oil company visited the Chabaish and expressed the desire of the management of the company to invest in tourism judiciary.”
He stressed that “the company and according to the delegation allocated large sums of money to invest marsh tourism through the establishment of commercial complexes and malls and other things that are active tourism reality south of the province.”
“The current tourist season will be different from the previous years as a result of the preparations made by the judiciary and local administration over the past period,” Khayoun said, noting that “the Marshlands of the judiciary received last week more than 600 tourists in the first meal of tourism in Chabaish.”
