Iraqi Council of Representatives postponed its scheduled on Thursday to next Saturday.
According to sources from within the Council, that "the House of Representatives postponed its meeting to the next Saturday until the completion of some of the arrangements concerning the protection of the building of the Council and its staff."
It was scheduled to hold a House of Representatives on Thursday its first session of the legislative term of the first third of the legislative year.
This comes at a time of mounting the delay in the calls to speed up the Parliament to hold a hearing to resolve the many outstanding political issues that have had a negative impact on the security situation.
