Jubouri and Kubitsch discuss political and security developments after the referendum

BAGHDAD - The Speaker of the House of Representatives Salim al-Jubouri received in his office on Monday, the Special Representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations in Iraq, Jan Kubic, during the meeting reviewed the most prominent political and security developments in the country, and the referendum that took place in the Kurdistan region.

"We are looking for a bigger role by the United Nations to deal with the aftermath of the referendum," the spokesman said in a statement received by Iraq News.
