She added that "the Electoral Commission for elections is an institution under the control of the Iraqi Council of Representatives, which in turn decided to reject the referendum process so no employee in your electoral offices and employees of their registration centers, to participate in this referendum, and otherwise will take all legal and administrative procedures to those who demonstrate participation In this referendum. "


It is worth mentioning that the Kurdistan region is determined to hold a referendum on independence on Monday, despite the rejection of the central government and the Council of Representatives, and regional and international rejection. Negotiations between the center and the region have not reached a solution to this issue so far.


The House of Representatives, has voted in its normal session, last week, the decision to reject the referendum of Kurdistan, the majority of the political blocs and the withdrawal of Kurdish blocs of parliament because of this decision.
