"40 billion dollars are domestic loans from the central bank, bonds, treasury and businessmen, in addition to 30 billion dollars are foreign debts," she said.

A member of the Committee on Economy and Investment parliamentary, "The loan is repayable in installments and for 30 years from the date of receipt," saying that "the British loan and debt group Paris Club paid in installments and for a period of 10 years, in addition to the loan of the International Monetary Fund, Years".

She pointed out that "all these loans, the Kurdistan region excluded from them," while confirming that "most loans did not specify the purpose of borrowing and whether it is necessary or not."
The Paris Club is an informal group of creditor countries seeking to find appropriate solutions to the difficulties faced by debtor countries in the payment of their debts. The creditor countries have entered into more than 430 agreements relating to 90 debtor countries, with a total debt of US $ 583 billion.
