The past decades have been characterized by economic cooperation between Iraq and India, which resulted in the implementation of projects in various sectors.


Indian production
He pointed out that the Indian production holds international specifications, noting that most of the major factories there have been transferred from Europe to provide manpower and other measures that reduce costs, and this can be employed to serve the national economy, especially in the industrial and agricultural production sectors.
In Iraq there are thousands of suspended production plants and other small industrial projects seeking help to revive them. The agricultural sector is also suffering from a significant decline in terms of the global production unit due to its lack of machinery and advanced technology.
He stressed that Iraq is a rich country and must be a market full of qualitative resources commensurate with the age and the financial value. He also called for the Iraqi embassy in India to play a greater role in organizing this matter after it witnessed some confusion in India, which requires the revival of the medical attaché there to guide patients to the right place.
