In order to define the future of the private sector we need to know and understand the concept and meaning of the private sector.
It has been customary to define the private sector as linked to the free business, ie, outside the government sector, and because of this confusion in the concept, which was deepened and devoted due to some analysis and press statements and information by some non-specialists in the economic field has been misunderstood and misunderstood.
While economic experts in various sects and economic systems are inclusive, capitalized or mixed. The private sector is a professional institution with economic, social and political advantages, objectives and aspirations, and it has its own entity, which is called the "sector".
This sector represents moral persons of well-known businessmen and owners of competent companies with the competence and financial solvency and scientific and practical expertise in the good management of private projects and in the implementation of strategic projects and the management of funds, making them a winner in the habit
The feasibility studies depend on the amount of money you are doing and those global experiences and successes on the globe.
So the world's wealthiest and successful owners of wealth make the private sector away from the risk of losses are the so-called private sector.
What matters to us here in Iraq is the impact of the shift in economic concepts after the change in the year 2003, where everyone realized after the experience of the 15 years that it is imperative to rely on the private sector in the management of the economic file because of the successes achieved in all parts of the world, Totalitarian regimes follow the approach of the private sector, privatization and leaving the economic aspect.
Therefore, the indicators of the belief and belief of the government and the parliament showed the importance of the role of the private sector in achieving sustainable development programs.
But what is the challenge facing the private sector to play its role?
Certainly, many old and new laws are cross-cutting, allowing some departments to block the shift towards a free economy approach and this conflict between the public and private sectors.
*Today, it is clear to the government that it has faced this challenge by formulating strategic policies, including the most important of which is the strategy of private sector development, where it has already begun to implement it.
Thus, it has lost the features of the future of the private sector, which is the first feature that helps it in its response to the economic and development file.
It is important that the private sector be at the level of national and moral responsibility in dealing with this thorny issue and work to prove its capabilities to build and rebuild the country by using all its material resources and known expertise to prove its ability to build a nation that treats its sons and their patience. And his image is light.
