Parliamentary Finance Committee elects its president as an alternative to Halbusi

The parliamentary finance committee announced on Wednesday the election of Mohamed Tamim as its president, replacing Mohamed Halboussi.
A member of the committee, MP Ola Shinawah, that the Finance Committee agreed to choose Mohammed Tamim as its president instead of Mohamed Haloubsi after his election governor of Anbar.
He added that “Halobsi nominated Tamim for the post of chairman of the Finance Committee and got the approval of the majority of the Committee on him.”
The Anbar provincial council voted to elect Mohammad al-Halbusi, governor of Anbar, as an alternative to conservative Suhaib al-Rawi.
