On Sunday, the Integrity Commission issued a ruling against the director of the Rashid Bank of the University of Maysan, forcing it to pay 760 million dinars, pointing out that the decision of the sentence of conviction was based on the provisions of article 182 (a) Fundamentalist ruling and a recognizable discrimination.

"The Criminal Court of Maysan issued a judgment against the director of Al-Rasheed Bank, the University of Maysan branch, serving a one-year sentence in accordance with the provisions of Article 340 of the Penal Code," the agency's investigations department said in a statement. Convicted of paying 760 million dinars based on Resolution 120 of 1994 ".

"The court decided not to release her unless the amount was paid to the bank where she was serving as a manager," she said.

"The decision of the sentence of conviction was based on the provisions of article 182 (a) fundamentalism and a judgment that can be discriminated against."

It should be noted that Article 340 of the Penal Code provided for imprisonment for a term not exceeding seven years or imprisonment for every employee or public service officer who intentionally caused damage to the funds or interests of the entity in which he works or is related by virtue of his employment or the funds of the persons entrusted to him .
