After Iraqi security forces freed large parts of the country from the control of a terrorist organization, especially in the provinces of Salahaddin, Anbar and Nineveh, the Iraqi government has begun to plan reconstruction of liberated areas and the return of displaced people, but this requires billions of dollars in funds.

He added that "the economic crisis that hit the country stopped the implementation of many service projects in the liberated areas," noting that "the assistance provided by some countries is very limited, prompting the Iraqi government to establish a fund for ages through which receive aid, whether material or in kind and even Field teams and provide direct service. "


"Iraq needs international assistance to restore the legacy of a terrorist organization in the liberated areas," said the deputy for the province of Nineveh, Abdul Bari Zebari. "Donor countries are not charities but rely on their interests in how to benefit, Will get back from that aid. "


He explained that "the best solution depends on the efforts of international efforts and encourage investment. If the government can attract investment, things will be much easier than we think."
