Iraqi Ports Company opens tenders to build new marine parts

The General Company for Iraqi Ports opened a loan project for the second phase of the rehabilitation and reconstruction of Khor al-Zubair port south of Basra.
“The project will include the construction and construction of marine spare parts for fuel and water, a shipboat ship and an enlightening ship,” said the company’s director general, Riad Suadi.
He added that there are four companies submitted to buy the tender documents and on the opening day of bids that took place in the hall of the Japanese Loan Authority there were two companies that bid to win the tender are Toyota Tosho and the Japanese company Wail Shink.
It is noteworthy that there is a specialized committee to study the two offers, which will study and analysis and choose one of them, which will be within the required specifications.
It is noteworthy that the Iraqi ports are continuing to strengthen their navigational capabilities of marine parts, which works in the area of ​​seaports to be an important and effective tributary to create a strong and solid economy of the country.
