Military reinforcements in Tal Afar ahead of anti-ISIS offensive

A security source in Kirkuk said on Thursday that large military reinforcements arrived in the province to participate in the liberation of Tal Afar district in western Mosul.
Iraqi army, backed by US-led international coalition and sectarian militias, is preparing for an offensive to oust ISIS terrorists from Tal Afar the terror group's last stronghold in Iraq.
