President Fuad Masum called for strengthening the rule of law and renouncing violence and armed manifestations outside the framework of the state.
"President Fuad Masum attended the Peace Palace in Baghdad this morning a meeting of the National Forum for Community Reconciliation, which included a number of senior tribal leaders, leaders of elites and civil society organizations participating in the community reconciliation forum," a presidential statement received by the Euphrates News Agency said today.
