Interior Minister Qassem al-Araji, on Thursday, facilitated the work of lawyers reviewing the departments of the ministry, stressing the taking of legal proceedings against violators.

"Interior Minister Qasim al-Araji directed all institutions of the Ministry of Interior to facilitate the work of lawyers who review the interior services," a ministry statement said.

"The minister stressed the need to cooperate fully with lawyers and allow them to carry their mobile phones during the review, and any other matters related to the profession."

Araji also pointed out, "the departments concerned to take legal action against anyone who violates these directives."
