The discussions of the parliamentary committee came during a meeting attended by the ministers of defense and justice and the national security adviser, as well as the head of the public prosecution and the representative of the government in the House of Representatives. "
The MP explained that an agreement was reached on amnesty for anyone who commits a misdemeanor or an offense that does not exceed three years imprisonment, and above that will not be covered by the law.
He pointed out that the problem of the legal representative's relinquishment in some districts was one of the problems that hinder the law. It was agreed that the legal representative would not have to waive the need to waive the general right if the defendant paid the money for the state.
