    "The creation of a regulatory environment for the work of commercial agencies inside Iraq strengthens the need to find a modern law to regulate the commercial agency after the expansion of the activity of service and production institutions to carry out its activity, which extends to the rest of the world."

    He added that "there are efforts by the Council of Ministers to approve the organization of the commercial agency, and as is known, this law aims to regulate the work of the commercial agency carried out in Iraq and an agent for the benefit of natural or legal person from outside the country."

    He explained that "this new legislation will contribute to the organization of work within the country and create a culture of the market by meeting the goals of development and move the economy towards development and flowering, Iraq is currently open to all countries of the world trade, in addition to the presence of many of the world's companies are honest and have transactions inside Iraq, For example, the German company Siemens and LG Korea. "

    He pointed out that "regulating the work of commercial agencies in Iraq by specific laws leads to the identification of the rights and duties of both individuals and institutions and control the activity of commercial agents and is a starting step to regulate the various aspects of the Iraqi economy."

    For his part, announced the Iraqi National Business Council, that the draft law of the commercial agency, which was read by the House of Representatives included all the proposals of the private sector.

    The Iraqi National Business Council said in a press statement that "the House of Representatives finished the second reading of the law of the commercial agency, which included all the observations of the Iraqi National Business Council and the private sector of organizations, unions and personalities."

    He added that "the law confirmed that the commercial agency will be to Iraq by 100% after the proportion of Iraq is simple," noting that "the Iraqi National Business Council extends its thanks and gratitude to the Committee of Economy and Investment parliamentary support for the private sector and involve in the formulation of economic laws."

    Thanks for posting, Madscout. I'm a little confused, it says it has been read twice, but did they vote on it after the second reading? Perhaps it is implied.
