The General Company for Steel Industries announces its readiness to rebuild damaged bridges in the liberated areas

The State Company for Steel Industries, one of the companies of the Ministry of Industry and Minerals, has declared its readiness to rebuild the destroyed bridges in the liberated areas of the Isis terrorist gangs.
The director general of the company Eng. Jalal Abbas Hussein said in a press statement that his company seeks to enter and strongly in the reconstruction of damaged bridges located in the liberated areas in the provinces of Nineveh, Salah al-Din and Anbar, which is estimated at (176) bridge by contributing to the re-manufacturing of the iron tributaries of bridges The company is equipped with a modern line of Italian origin for the manufacture of steel troughs with a depth of 2 meters and a length exceeding (24) meters, referring to the active contribution of the company in the reconstruction of Al Muthanna Bridge, which was recently opened. Other successful Jarb in the reconstruction of the ancient and modern bridge Samarra Diyala Bridge and other bridges in different parts of Iraq.
In the same context, the Director General expressed the company’s readiness to contribute to the reconstruction of the liberated areas through the manufacture of columns of distribution of electric power of various types of circulation and the network 9 meters and 11 meters in addition to the manufacture of poles grided 12 meters and 14 meters, as well as the possibility of reconstruction of industrial workshops and stores where the company can manufacture All types of caravans, cranes, electric transmission towers, and can enter the field of manufacturing caravans and prefab houses.
The General Company for Steel Industries was formed after the merger of Al Samoud General Company for Steel Industries and Nasr General Company for Mechanical Industries. It consists of five main factories: Ironwork Factory, Special Steel Foundry Factory, Cranes Factory, Towers and Panels, Zulfikar Mechanical Plant, Heavy Road and Plumbing Plant.
