Launch of grants for the rehabilitation of young graduates

In view of the high numbers of young graduates without strategic plans to contain this category, which represents the labor force active in the economy, the private sector is moving to adopt initiatives to rehabilitate young people and develop their skills in disciplines close to their preferences.
The initiative of the Association of Iraqi Special Banks entitled "Tamkeen" is a new starting point for a better future for young people in order to support the economy of the family and the national economy by making the young competence in the place that deserve to be a youth force has a positive impact in public life. Attainment.


National economy
The Executive Director of the Association of Iraqi Private Banks Ali Tariq said: Iraq is in dire need of developing the youth competencies, where the country is waiting for a large workload in all sectors of production and service, stressing that qualified competencies support the national economy and make it indispensable to bring in foreign expertise that require significant financial allocations .


Certified Certificates
Tamkeen is targeting new graduates from the faculties of administration and economics for the last three years exclusively and who have not received a job or a job. Participants will receive certificates in all training subjects.
He pointed out that the Tamkeen grant aims to train 50 young men and women in the basic skills of career work. He pointed out that this number will double in future courses, especially that the number of applicants exceeded the limit of 1500 advanced, A great interaction between youth and this initiative.


Three courses
The award includes training of young people in three training courses, the first of which is on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) by the expert Ammar Al-Khatib, a Microsoft Certified Trainer, and the theme of modern management principles provided by Dr. Nagham El-Namaa, Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Business Economics. Management and financial management is provided by Mr. Ahmed Al Qawasmi, Director of KPMG International - Office Jordan.

Youth capacity
He pointed out that this grant comes within the framework of the Association of Iraqi Private Banks to rehabilitate and develop the Iraqi youth capacities and enable them to start their professional life to participate in the building of society, pointing out that the private sector should have a pivotal role in the rehabilitation of human resources in different specialties because they will support The promising job market in Iraq.
