"The draft law set penalties or penalties for any act, offense or violation committed by those charged with the obligation to disclose financial disclosure, and expanded the categories covered to include a larger number of taxpayers." "Article 11/1 states that" A criminal action shall be initiated by the Commission against any accused of committing any of the offenses provided for in this Act. "

"One of the positive reasons in law is to protect public money and to subject those who exploit their jobs to illicit enrichment to legal accountability."
