Launch of the third session of the Youth Parliament next Saturday


The Ministry of Youth and Sports concluded on Thursday preparations for the launch of the third session of the Youth Parliament at a ceremony on Saturday at Al-Zawra Hall at Al-Rasheed International Hotel at 10:00 am, while the Japanese Ambassador said "Youth attention is a huge step taken by the Ministry in order to give the youth the biggest role To serve Iraq at this important stage.

In a statement received by Al-Ghad Press, the Director General of the Scientific Department, Chairman of the Preparatory Committee, Ahmed Saeed Alawi, said that "the cadres of the ministry completed the preparations for the celebration from the logistical, technical and organizational aspects and to send official invitations to political and executive dignitaries, ambassadors of Arab and foreign countries and local and international organizations concerned with youth affairs "He said.

He added that "the Minister of Youth and Sports Abdul Hussein Abtan stressed the provision of all support and support for the youth in our beloved Iraq and its emphasis on the independence of the Youth Parliament and non-interference in its affairs and made way to provide all that serves Iraq and its youth of vital projects implemented by the Ministry in a scientific study considered near future".

In a related context, the Chairman of the Preparatory Committee, according to the statement, an official invitation to the Ambassador of the State of Japan, Fumio Iwai, during the reception of the Ambassador to the delegation of the Ministry of Youth and Sports in his office at the special embassy in Baghdad, and Iwai the efforts of the Ministry of Youth and Sports in promoting the sports movement and youth in Iraq.


The ambassador expressed his pleasure at the recent developments in the sports arena from the opening of stadiums and the lifting of the partial ban on the Iraqi football and the establishment of friendly matches, stressing that "attention to youth is a huge step taken by the ministry in order to give the largest role of the youth to serve Iraq at this important stage."


The third session of the Youth Parliament will consist of 313 members representing all governorates after the opening of the introduction of the Youth Parliament through electronic forms prepared for this purpose.
