Wanted to eliminate among the voters to sack the governor of Anbar
A member of the Anbar provincial council said on Saturday that the session of sacking Anbar governor Suhaib al-Rawi is legal and does not need to attend the governor.

The Anbar Provincial Council, voted by a majority of votes, last Thursday, the removal of Governor Suhaib Al-Rawi, and commented the narrator on his dismissal as a political issue with distinction, pointing out that most members of the Anbar Provincial Council have orders to be arrested by the courts, according to a statement received by "tomorrow Press, "Thursday 20 July 2017.

"As for the removal of Anbar governor Suhaib al-Rawi and the decision of the provincial council members, the dismissal is correct considering that the narrator has lost one of the conditions of membership, which requires that he be good conduct," said Anbar member Fahd al-Rashed. "The narrator was sentenced to one year suspended on the background of financial and administrative corruption, but the Court of Cassation and Public Prosecution objected to the decision of the court and asked the Court of Appeal that the penalty is strict and in this case the provincial council only to be dismissed without an order of questioning or recruitment being lost A condition of membership ".

Al-Ghad Press asked a member of the provincial council, Fahd Al-Rashed, about the eligibility of members who are required to be eliminated by voting on the dismissal. He replied that "the accused is innocent until proven guilty. No decision has been issued by the court to withdraw the hand or imprisonment of members of Anbar Provincial Council. And all the Council's decisions are correct. "

"Most of the provincial council members complied with the judiciary and released them on bail," he said. "As for the rest, they will comply with the judiciary."

"The governor of Anbar is also involved in a case of arrest with members of the provincial council and was released on bail of 25 million dinars."

At the beginning of July, the Ramadi investigation court issued orders to arrest the head of the provincial council and members of the council after being charged with financial corruption for illegally spending $ 10 million on the basis of a complaint filed against them by the Public Integrity Commission Anbar investigation.

A member of the Anbar provincial council Fahd Al-Rashed, continued his speech, saying that "our hope for the judiciary is significant that the dismissal will be final."

The provincial council has twice voted to dismiss the governor, but the judiciary refuses to vote.
Al-Rashed said that "the pre-governor's detention procedures were somewhat hasty given that the first dismissal was the governor of Anbar who had a medical report that he was inside the hospital and the second one was asked to postpone his interrogation session because he was busy with a conference.
