Iraq repaid half a billion dollars in debt to Iran , his trust
Twilight News / Energy Minister Assistant in the electricity affairs Hooshang Flaanaan, Iraq has paid $ 500 million of debt incurred by him for the purchase of electricity from Iran.
He said Flaanaan that the pace of debt owed by Iraq to Iran to pay, improved as the Iraqi side promised during the last round of talks that he will pay within the next two weeks a new batch of these debts.
As pointed to the continued export of electricity to Iraq, said that Iraq paid $ 500 million owed by Iran's debt over the past four months, the remaining $ 800 million of this debt.
Iran has electricity exchange with the republics of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan and Nkjoin exports to Turkey, Pakistan, Afghanistan and Iraq.
