Execution Department: We obtained more than 35 billion dinars from debtors last May

The Ministry of Justice announced on Sunday that it had obtained more than 35 billion dinars from the debtors.

The department's director general, Fattah Mohammed, said in a statement received by "Al-Ghad Press", that "the department achieved many achievements during the month of May of 2017, where the total of the guarantees received from the debtors (thirty five billion seven hundred and fifty million five hundred and nine And forty-seven thousand and seventy-seven dinars) ".

He added that "the guarantees disbursed to the beneficiaries amounted to (twenty-four billion one hundred and ninety-four million, five hundred and ten thousand three hundred and thirty-two dinars)."

He stressed that "the total amounts obtained from the fees of justice amounted to (nine hundred and ninety-nine million and six hundred and fifty-nine thousand and eight hundred and twenty-one dinars)."

He explained that "the department is continuously following complaints, suits and pleadings, where (2071) sentenced to alimony and (174) provision of custody fees, in addition to the provisions determined by the department within its responsibility to protect the rights of its auditors."

He added that "the department has conducted debt-related activities totaling 2358, while the provisions relating to the property reached 4346, 4346 personal status transactions, 2,358 debt transactions, transfer of movable funds, 337 transactions related to real estate, 178 transactions of state debts and 307 transactions concluded in addition to other activities.
