Abadi from Mosul: Victory by hand and settled and fight in the final meters

Iraqi Prime Minister General Commander of the Armed Forces Haider al - Abadi, said that "victory by hand and settled and our troops are fighting in the last meters," in response it seems to delay a formal declaration of victory over the "Daesh" in the old city of Mosul.
