7 years in prison for two years managers in the Integrity Commission

BAGHDAD / Press tomorrow:
ruled Integrity Criminal Court on Wednesday sentenced to seven years in prison against two managers in two years of the Integrity Commission on charges of harming public money.

The judge said Abdul Sattar Bayrakdar official spokesman for the Supreme Judicial Council, in a statement , "Tomorrow 's Press", a copy of it, that "received a criminal court in Rusafa Integrity issued a verdict against two former general managers in the Integrity Commission was sentenced to seven years."

He added that " the Court issued its decision on the basis of the provisions of Article 340 of the Iraqi Penal Code for the crime of harming public money."

Bayraktar pointed out that " in absentia verdict being the fugitives have been issued arrest warrants against them , which is subject to challenge discriminatory , according to the Code of Criminal Procedure Code."
