"One of the most important objectives of the law is to support the production of films in cooperation with organizations, companies and similar in other countries within the scope of the law, promote national identity, promote rights and freedoms and foster cinematic arts and develop them as effective messages in spreading and deepening culture."

"One of the goals is to spread the cinematic culture among the people and to encourage the talents and artistic talents and work on their development in the fields of cinema."

"The project is in many countries of the world and aims to form an independent body that is affiliated to the House of Representatives or the prime minister," said film director Mohammed al-Daraji. "The objective of the commission is to give grants to productive companies and people to make films and raise awareness of film education."
