Security screening centers screened 4,000 IDPs from the right coast in 45 days

Colonel Khalid al-Jubouri, who is in charge of the security audit site in Vindi Nineveh Oberoi, said that the military intelligence had examined 4,000 displaced persons who had passed through a center since the middle of the fifth month.

"More than 4,000 people have passed through the examination center since the middle of the fifth month," Jubouri said in an interview with Reuters. "At this time, some 400 people suspected of belonging to the Da'ish organization were detained."

"The terrorists wanted to go through with the civilians," he said, adding that "every person who comes or goes to get rid of them is checked."

"Two middle-aged men have been dismissed by intelligence officers from dozens of others on suspicion of being linked to a preacher, one wearing a white jilbab and a black turban, the other head-shaven and wearing a bandage on his leg," he said.

Intelligence relies on a list of witnesses' names and testimonies to identify and arrest suspects.
