Central Bank withdraws license company mediated for "many irregularities"

The Central Bank announced on Tuesday the withdrawal of the license of a company to mediate for "many irregularities" and the practice of work without its competence.

The bank said in a statement that it "decided to withdraw the license of Al Rawasi company to mediate the sale and purchase of foreign currency due to the many violations and complaints received against the Director Commissioner of the company, in addition to the practice of work does not fall within its competence." "The registration department of the Ministry of Commerce has been notified of the cancellation of the Commercial Register," the bank said.

The Central Bank has recently written off some companies and banks for violating the conditions and controls set by the Central Bank on the practice of banking profession in Iraq.
