Commander of Federal Police Gen. Raid Shaker Jawdat on Thursday said ISIS terror group is collapsing in Mosul.
He also added there is a plan to evacuate civilians.
This comes as the Iraqi forces are pushing on the terror group of ISIS in the right bank of Mosul since February 19th with the assistance of the US-led coalition.
