Hakim criticizes the deterioration of services in Baghdad: has reached an extent can not be tolerated

The leader of the Islamic Supreme Council Ammar al-Hakim on Monday criticized the deterioration of services in the provinces of Baghdad, while counting it reached a bad level can not be tolerated, he proposed to start a campaign to improve the reality service starts from Baghdad and include all the provinces.

"Baghdad needs special allocations to bring it back to the appropriate level of its history," Hakim said in a sermon in Baghdad today. "The service situation in Baghdad has reached an unsustainable level."

He called on all ministries to promote the reality of services away from the bureaucracy, saying, "Let the beginning of Baghdad and every experience succeed in Baghdad will be an example in other provinces."
