Baghdad receives 700 megawatts of electricity and its governor promises a “big” improvement in processing hours

Baghdad Governor Atwan al-Atwani said on Saturday that the coming days will witness a significant improvement in the hours of processing the citizen with electricity from the national network.
A statement issued by the media office said that the governor obtained the approval of the Ministry of Electricity to increase the processing of the capital Baghdad with an additional 700 megawatts after the quota of 2500 MW, adding that the additional share will cover a large part of the need for the capital of national electricity and will be reflected significantly on the hours of processing recorded A significant decline over the past few days.
The governor added that the governor had been in contact with the Ministry of Electricity for two weeks to solve the electricity crisis in the capital.
