The Supreme Federal Court on Tuesday rejected a lawsuit filed against President Fuad Masum for defamation of the right and its violation of the constitution. It also rejected a lawsuit to challenge the questioning of Minister of Education Muhammad Iqbal, in addition to assigning three experts to submit a report containing the technical aspects of the appeal of some articles of the General Budget Law 2017.

A statement issued by the Information Office of the Court, received by "Al-Ghad Press", a copy of it, "The Court considered today's hearing, a number of the lawsuit listed on its agenda, which saw the assignment of experts elected in the appeal against some articles of the General Budget Law 2017.

He added that "the court handed the experts the details of the lawsuit from the petitions and regulations of the parties and decided to postpone the hearing to the (12) of next month, for the purpose of enabling them to submit a report containing the technical aspects of the subject of appeal."

He added that "the court responded to a lawsuit against President Fuad Masum, in addition to his job, because the court is obliged under Article 93 (VI) of the Constitution to have a law regulating the process of dismissing charges against the President of the Republic and the Prime Minister and Ministers. Of the House of Representatives so far, so the consideration of the case is not supported by the Constitution. "

"The court found that the formal requirements stipulated in the constitution and in the rules of procedure of the House of Representatives are complete in the request for questioning, and that a parliamentary question is asked, and the questioning is another, and all," he said. Of them have a different effect than the other, and that the evaluation of the facts in the interrogation and verification is subject to the discretion of the House of Representatives. "

"The court considered a lawsuit to appeal against article (19) of the Civil Service Law No. (24) for the year 1960, and paragraph (a) of Article (6) of Article (6) Of the Law of the salaries of state employees and the public sector No. (22) for the year 2008, and decided to rule back the case because it is not based on the support of the Constitution.

On Monday, the Supreme Court of the Federal Court of Justice announced a hearing on Tuesday to hear cases on its agenda, including a lawsuit against President Fuad Masum, and other charges related to questioning Education Minister Mohammad Iqbal and public budget appeals.
