Dhi Qar: The marketed wheat exceeded 100 thousand tons and the marketing period was extended
The Economic and Financial Committee of the Council of the province of Dhi Qar, on Tuesday, exceeded the quantities marketed from the wheat crop of 100 thousand tons in Silawat Nasiriyah and Rafei, while confirming that the Ministry of Commerce agreed to extend the marketing period for the province.

The head of the committee, Rasheed Al Saray told Al-Ghad Press that the wheat crop marketed to Saylawat of Nasiriyah and Al-Rifa'i was 101,500 tons. He pointed out that "the figure is distributed among the Nassiriyah silo by 51.703 thousand tons and Saailo Rifai 49.895 thousand tons."

He pointed out that "the Ministry of Commerce agreed to extend the marketing process to the 20th of this month instead of the 15th of this month, to allow all farmers and farmers to market their crops."

He called on the peasants to "accelerate the marketing of their crops to the siloat before the scheduled date," noting that "the quantities marketed this year contributed to securing the share of last March by 100%."
